Thank you for visiting and shopping at Capitanini Prints. We are committed to processing your orders quickly and delivering them to you as efficiently and transparently as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Time & Order Fulfillment

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday). This includes the time required to print, custom frame, and carefully package your limited edition fine art print to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
  • Fulfillment Days: Orders are fulfilled and handed off to the carrier Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: The daily order cutoff time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Orders placed after this cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States of America (USA). We are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Total Delivery)

The total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 Business Days (Calculated as 7-10 business days Handling Time + 3-5 business days Transit Time).

Please note that custom framing adds time to our handling process, which is reflected in our 7-10 business day processing window.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

At Capitanini Prints, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Cost: Free Shipping (No cost to the customer)

Estimated Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days

Available for: All orders, regardless of size or weight

  • Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers that service all destinations within the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selection is based on the most reliable and efficient service for your specific location.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. This allows you to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured to protect your investment in our limited edition fine art prints.
  • Our Responsibility: We assume full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered and confirmed by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Your Responsibility: Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage or defects within 24 hours to support@capitaniniprints.com with photographic documentation.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for reshipping costs for redelivery.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@capitaniniprints.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order ships.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If you experience a significant delay with your shipment, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
