How long until my order ships?
All artwork is made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for printing, framing, and finishing before shipment.
What size am I actually ordering?
Sizes shown are the outside dimensions of the finished frame. A 16×20 piece measures 16×20 inches edge to edge, with the print matted inside.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 24 hours with your order number. After that, all sales are final as production begins.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How should I care for my artwork?
Hang away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Our UV-protective acrylic and archival materials ensure lasting beauty with basic care.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
Are the frames ready to hang?
Yes. All framed pieces arrive with hanging hardware installed.
